Our shop is officially part of the Murphysburg Historic District. We even have a new sign on the front of the building that recognizes it as Morgan's Grocery Store. Being part of a "neighborhood" is a great feeling, and something that makes our shop unique to the Joplin area. We hope you'll visit the area soon, and it just so happens there will be a special reason this weekend!

If you're on our email list, you've surely received the above notice by now. If not, it will be in the Joplin Globe, Friday's edition. During the Boomtown Marathon, we'll be holding our "yard sale". So, don't be frustrated by the blocked streets----just go around the block to 1st street then drive on up one block and park on Byers Avenue. You'll be right next to the sale and the "weenie wagon". They'll start selling their hotdogs by 11:00 in case you need to grab lunch.
